The Air Jordan 11 Bred 2019 is one of the most popular colorways ever to be produced on the iconic silhouette, and the sneaker’s OG styling is going to be returning for the holiday 2019 season. First worn by Michael Jordan during the 1996 NBA Playoffs, the sneaker helped him earn another championship and NBA Finals MVP. Images of the 2019 edition have not surfaced yet but the sneaker sports a mixture of Black, White, and Varsity Red. The shoe will feature the same original high-cut patent leather upper and it is still unconfirmed whether they will come with “45” or “23” on the heels.
The classic Nike Shox R4 made its return last fall, and this OG Black/Metallic Silver colorway arrived in February, but it’s debuting at retailers once more this month. The popular color combo covers the sneaker’s textured leather upper, followed by hits of max orange added on the tongues, heel area and signature Shox heel unit for a nice pop of contrast. Finishing touches include Swooshes on the sides and perforations throughout.
Retailing for $140, look for the Nike Shox R4 OG Black Metallic Silver at select Nike stores and online again on May 17. Always keep it locked to KicksOnFire for the latest in sneaker news, release dates and where to purchase your favorite kicks.
The Nike Shox TL or Total in “Black Fury,” is finally dropping at retailers tomorrow after its initial arrival for March. This particular style was introduced in 2003 and the classic silhouette has made a comeback this spring. The sneaker’s Triple Black upper is made of mesh with synthetic reinforcing overlays and leather accents, while the mechanical cushioning system that was first conceived in 1984 is styled in a futuristic take for its Shox sole. Finally, slight silver accents with reflective detailing throughout top off the style.
